Mission Inn Run
We'll be there supporting the runners and participants by offering our Targeted Relief / Recovery Sessions. Stop by our booth in the vendor area by the finish line to sign up on race day.
We'll be there to help with pre-race KT tape and warm up plus post race recovery.
Had an ache or pain come up during the race?
Find immediate answers and relief so that you can run the next one without that pain getting in the way.
Because we should all be able to run the race AND feel good after!

🎃👟 Get ready for a spooktacular time at the Monster Dash! 👟🎃
Thank you everyone who joined us for the Monster Dash on October 12th, 2024!
We had so much fun seeing all your wonderful costumes and smiles!
We started the day out with the great warm up by YogaSix, thrilling 1K/5K Run/Walk and awesome vendor fair complete with photo booth, all while supporting a fantastic cause.
Special thanks to Ralphs, Evolution Fresh, Jambars, and Alta Dena Dairy for provide post-run snacks.
The Monster Dash benefits Warrior For Children, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping kids navigate trauma.
